  • How Do I Get A Quote?

    Great question! Please fill out our inquiry form (under Contact Us), with all your event details. We will review and contact you with additional information.

  • How Do You Count Guests?

    Upon booking, we base your quote on your estimated amount of guests. We then request a FINAL overall guest count 7 business days prior to your event date. ALL guests are counted due to the fact that we are serving sodas and juices with all bar packages. Additionally, we kindly request a credit card on file for any additional last-minute guest additions on the day of the event. If there are additional guests, your card will be automatically charged accordingly

  • Cancellation Policy

    Once confirmed SVWE will send you a contract where you can review our cancellation policy in detail.

    Short summary:

    Cancellation 1 week or less prior to event date: Full Invoice Due.

    Cancellation 1 month prior to event date: 70% Due.

    Cancellation 2 months prior to Event Date: 50% Due.
